Activating culture. Activating creators. Activating nature.

Żywiec Zdrój draws its water from pristine mountain sources, yet lives in plastic bottles – a tension that can distance the brand from nature in consumers’ minds. To activate a more authentic connection, we reached for one of Poland’s most deeply rooted cultural signals of nature: Krystyna Czubówna, the iconic voice of nature documentaries.

We activated her voice as a creative tool. A dedicated voice-over, read by Mrs. Czubówna, became an audio template released to creators – inviting them to remix, reinterpret, and play with it in their own native content formats.

By activating creators rather than directing them, we unlocked a wave of content that was funny, surprising, and genuinely engaging – little “nature gems” that blended documentary gravitas with social-native humour. Each piece revolved around the nature of things, with Żywiec Zdrój naturally at the centre.

The result:

A social activation that reconnected the brand with nature - not through declarations, but through culture.
